1. Promote awareness of anti-bribery, integrity, transparency, accountability and good governance at all levels and functions;
2. Encourage whistle-blowing by implementing an effective programme;
3. Ensure all reported concerns are investigated thoroughly and any employee making a report in good faith shall suffer no detriment from doing so;
4. Ensure fulfilment and compliance with all applicable legal and other requirements to avoid conflict of interest in relation to anti-bribery;
5. Ensure continual improvements to the anti-bribery management system to maintain ethical work and business relationship.
